Dr. Wei Xu, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China

Wei Xu is a PostDoc at the State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He received a Ph.D. from Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. He was awarded a project fund by the China Scholarship Council. His main research interest is intelligent robotic manufacturing with multi-sensor data fusion and vision guidance. As the key member, he participated in the NSFC Basic Science Center project "Robotized Intelligent Manufacturing" and the general project "On-site Measurement and Data Processing of Robotic Milling Processing regarding Aircraft Skin Parts", etc. He has published 7 papers in IEEE Transactions on Robotics, IEEE Sensors Journal, Remote Sensing, etc. He is the reviewer of journals, for instance, Remote Sensing, Engineering Applications of Computational Fluid Mechanics.

徐伟，华中科技大学数字制造装备与技术国家重点实验室博士后，德国汉诺威大学博士，获教育部国家留学基金委公派项目基金。主要方向为多传感器数据融合及视觉引导的复杂零件机器人智能制造，作为主要骨干成员参与国家自然科学基金基础科学中心项目“机器人化智能制造”、面上项目“飞机蒙皮零件机器人铣削加工在位测量与数据处理”等，在《IEEE Transactions on Robotics》、《Composite Structures》、《IEEE Sensors Journal》、《Remote Sensing》等期刊发表SCI论文7篇，授权专利1项，现担任《Remote Sensing》、《Engineering Applications of Computational Fluid Mechanics》等期刊审稿人。
