宋春鹏副教授，西北工业大学

Chunpeng Song，Xi'an, Northwest Polytechnical University, Associate Professor. His main research focuses on the application of pulsed laser advanced manufacturing technology in the semiconductor field, as well as semiconductor photovoltaic materials and devices. Currently, he has published more than 10 papers in internationally renowned journals such as Nature Communications, Advanced Functional Materials, and Journal of Materials Chemistry A. He has presided over one ongoing project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province, one project funded by the Basic and Applied Basic Research Fund of Guangdong Province, and the basic research fund of the university. In 2023, he received the First Prize for Outstanding Scientific and Technological Research Achievements in Higher Education Institutions in Shaanxi Province, as well as the Distinguished Teaching Award at Northwest Polytechnical University.

宋春鹏，西北工业大学，副教授。主要从事脉冲激光先进制造技术在半导体领域的应用及半导体光伏材料与器件。目前，在Nature Communications、Advanced Funtional Materials，Journal of Materials Chemistry A等国际高水平期刊上发表论文10余篇。主持在研陕西省自然科学基金1项，广东省基础与应用基础基金1项及中央高校基本科研业务费。2023年陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果奖一等奖，2023年西北工业大学思政教学名师。
